Thank you for your interest in the Office of Public Guardian. At this time, the Office of Public Guardian is accepting new clients only if they qualify for one of our existing contracts.

If you seek public guardianship services for an individual who is currently receiving services from a community mental health center or an area agency, please contact us at info@opgnh.org for assistance. There is a list of community mental health centers and area agencies below for reference.
 
If you seek guardianship services for an individual who is not currently receiving services from a community mental health center or area agency, you may contact a guardian from the list of court-approved private professional guardians available on the New Hampshire Judicial Branch website: click here.
